In partnership with Gymnastics Canada Gymnastique and Own The Podium, I have taken on a mentorship and ambassador role with the Canadian gymnastics team.
I’ve been around the gymnastic block. A couple of times. My hope is that I can help the next generation feel confidence in their performances, gain consistency in their routines, perfect the little details, have the courage to innovate and to chase their goals. I also want to promote the worlds most fundamental sport to all who will listen. Gymnastics rules!
